This is from ballet class at Miss Marcia’s School of Dance. Tutus were optional. I’m probably smiling so big because after class my dad was taking me to straight to Hardee’s for their famous cinnamon rolls, as was our tradition.

I don't need a professional photographer to capture my unbridled confidence. The costume was supposed to be "snowman." WE DID A SNOWMAN JAZZ BALLET DANCE ROUTINE.

I knew EXACTLY what I was gonna be when I grew up. Give me my colored coat.

7 year old me just wanted to dance lyrically to Colors of The Wind. Freshman year of college me just wanted to drink mystery booze from that one guy at that one frat party.

We got to pick the position in which we wanted to pose...
