The only thing that I don't like about this show is, THEY DIDN'T SHOW BAREUM IN THIS OPENING AND POSTER SEQUENCE ACTING IN THE SAID SHOW. I REALLY WANTED TO SEE HIM IN AN ALL BLACK TURTLENECK WITH SLICK BACK HAIR 😭😭😭

I've been seeing comments saying the drama was prolonged unnecessarily by making Bareum forget his memories but I think people just weren't aware of the goal of the scriptwriter.

The story is about Bareum coming to develop a conscience and feel regret for his crimes. It wasn't enough for him to go to jail (as we see with the head hunter and the other psychopaths). That's the point of the story. It's not about catching a killer.... It's about the killer himself and the lives he affected both.

Without the amnesia or the surgery (which I initially struggled with), there would have been no avenue for a psychopath to have feelings of guilt.

YES THIS IS WHAT I WANTED. This show is the only one that used the amnesia trope well, not to prolong the series, but to convey the show's message well!

I'm just glad that I watched Mouse in 2025 which I have more braincells now to understand it, and grasp and appreciate the show fully. Since I probably won't before since it was airing weekly and my mind can't hold of information for longer than a week
