Were I, f9r example, less secure in my status 9n the hem9spectrum, I may very well have 6een triggered 6y such language. Even with my privilege, I 6elieve that w9rd sh9uld 6e used sparingly f9r myself, and n9t at all f9r 9thers, as it is harmful t9 n9 end. Furtherm9re, y9u have empl9yed n9 triggers in any 9f y9ur p9sts, which are harmful t9 every dem9graphic and individual y9u have menti9ned, 6e it th9se wh9 d9 n9t fit int9 n9rmative la6els 9n the hem9caste, 9r th9se wh9 are su6ject t9 this reverse hem9ism I have descri6ed.
Perhaps y9ur w9rk as a pedag9gue w9uld 6e m9re successful were y9u t9 w9rk t9wards 6ec9ming an 9pen envir9nment, starting with checking y9ur privilege and watching y9ur language acc9rdingly.
