DC aesthetics and songs I relate them too but it’s only my favorite characters pt 2 the electric boogaloo
(Note; the only thing I know Bart Allen from is Young Justice and the few posts I see him in on here. I really enjoy his character and I look forward to reading more about him when I get more money to buy some of his comics but for now that’s all I know about him. I hope this does him justice!)
Tara Markov: Longing for something you can’t remember, concrete walls, standing barefoot in freshly tilled dirt, dust storms, the desperation of being lost in the dark, deserts, crumbling shale, throat-tearing screaming, giving up after fighting with your whole being, the heart aching look of someone you betrayed.
Song: Turning Out Pt. ii by AJR
Kon-El: Angry confusion, curiosity, letting your walls down, holding your hand against someone elses, crumbling buildings, silence after a fight, soft hands, freedom, making your own choices, worn down leather jackets, the smell of hot asphalt and rubber.
Song: Guiltless by Dodie Clark
Bart Allen: laughing too hard, promising you’re okay when you’re not, smiling just to smile, remembering the past, doing something to say you did, white noise, not quite fitting in, smiling after spitting blood, the taste of metal, not existing, being in the wrong place.
Song: Yesterday by The Beatles
Jason Todd: punching a wall, arson, calluses hands, bullet shells littering the floor, standing between civilians and gunmen, sitting sideways in overstuffed armchairs, visiting an old home, hard cover books, steel toed boots, the smell of leather.
Song: Champion by Fall Out Boy
