You are only as strong as your WEAKEST link... 💪 I've been working on this posture for the past few months, and whilst I have the muscular strength to support my body, it has humbled me to realise that the key to this posture is actually creating FLEXIBILITY in the wrists. 🙏 Whilst strength can be important, it is useless unless you have sufficient balance and flexibility to APPLY it. 💜 Encorporate some gentle but thorough wrist stretches into your daily practise and you'll notice a big difference in the stability of your hand balances! . - George 😊🙏💜

We often conceptualise ADVENTURE as adrenaline fueled explorations - those 'once in a lifetime experiences'. I disagree. At it's heart, an adventure is a wide-eyed exploration into the unknown. And whilst foreign lands and landscapes may be suitable 'unknowns' - you don't need to travel thousands of miles to explore them. I've been to some seriously incredible places in my life, seen things I'll never forget, but I've realised that the answers I've found there, atop of mountains, amongst forests and below the seas... can also be found in daily activities. You don't need to GO anywhere to explore yourself, to explore life. In fact, do the opposite, and you'll find hidden treasures you didn't know you were looking for. - George 🌏

When we came to this spot to shoot a yoga class we saw 9 Eagles flying above us. They didn’t fly they glided. They didn’t try they just flowed as one with the wind.

For me there is a lesson in this - let things flow around, through and with us. Less fight and more flow 🙏 .

Ps. Everyone should see the eagles from their level in the sky. I think they are often around El Tajo de Aguila, Spain.. where this was taken 🌵🌱 .
