Tenzin the the last airbender.
[ID: a digital painting of Katara and Tenzin from Avatar: the Last Airbender and the Legend of Korra. They are shown from the knees up as they embrace. Tenzin is taller than Katara, and his head rests on top of hers as she presses her face to his chest. Her arms are around his waist, and he has a hand on her back and on the back of her head. Katara has her back to the viewer. Tenzinâs face is visible, and his eyes are closed in a peaceful expression. Katara wears blue Water Tribe robes and Tenzin wears orange and red Air Nomad clothing. End ID]
i think a lot about how tenzin had no kids while aang was alive which leads me to beleive aang never pressured tenzin that he had to uphold a culture and legacy that was given to him, that he had a choice. but when aang died that pressure all came back again, not that he didnât want jinora and the other children but he felt pressured to have kids after his father died and he was the last airbender
has anyone ever talked about the poetry of ozai naming himself âthe phoenixâ king and being defeated by the boy who Survived twice, once literally coming back from the dead, and by the values of the people his forefathers wiped out? that by sparing ozaiâs physical life, aang makes sure that unlike the avatar - unlike himself and the air nomads - ozai will never rise like a phoenix to horrify the world again?
Guys, this is season ONE of the Simpsons.
