Lecture on Emotions

I asked my teacher if it was okay to base my essay on why people should be rational rather than emotional, but then he went on to question me as to why I was arguing that. Then he decided to freaking give me the perspective of the emotional side. I swear my brain was running in fucking circles the entire time.

He lectured me on why humans are emotional beings for 40 minutes after class ended. I didn’t get any of it. I left more confused and I didn’t get an answer to my original question.
