You're welcome! It helps that my girlfriend worked in HR at Target and handled the applications. :-) She says open availability is number one that they look for. Also, be specific when listing experience. When they're desperate for workers, they're ok with vague but if they aren't then they want specifics. Try to say "guest" instead of customer as well. They eat that shit up. Any volunteer work also helps since Target is known for being community driven and volunteer oriented. It's ok if you don't have these things, but they help. Good luck! I know it's hard but try to stay positive. It'll work out!
