Brandon never really proof reads anything, which is how he once woke up to a freshly delivered order of 30,000 bouncy balls on the doorstep of his tiny apartment instead of the three he thought he’d bought for a bit of fun.

In hindsight, he probably should have just reported his mistake to whoever he bought them from, but Brandon never was the most logical thinker. Instead, he decided the best course of action would be to attempt to drag the massive bag they came in into his cramped living room, a plan that promptly ended in miserable failure when the bag exploded, sending a cascade of pretty bouncy rainbows off into every last corner of his home. 

That was four years ago. Even after countless attempts to sell, give away or simply dispose of the damn things Brandon still finds bouncy balls in his shoes, in his shower, in his cereal, even occasionally in his hair when he wakes up and it’s honestly getting a little tiresome. Still, despite the constant rubbery reminders he apparently never learnt his proofreading lesson when making purchases online. 

He’s gonna be thrilled when the shipment of 25,000 novelty plastic spiders currently on their way arrive on his doorstep tomorrow morning.
