WELP, this happened today!! After almost exactly 5 months of #inspiration, #motivation, #frustration, adjustment, #study, the right #food, #XS in my corner, and some #twoadays, I hit my first goal. It's been since middle school folks. I have to thank my AWESOME wife @carniasaurus for putting up with my endless #gym and #fitness talk and my, sometimes, unusual eating habits. I love you, Buhbuh. I have to thank #OrangetheoryFitness and the coaches for their amazing workouts twice a week!!
