As you can tell I’m a seeded bagel kinda gal 😅. I had to leave at least one plain though, for pure appreciation of the dough itself. Sure they’re not absolute perfection but delicious nonetheless. Happy #nationalchocolatecakeday 🤤🍫🍰 Here’s a “snickers” cake I made for my fathers birthday! Roasted peanuts, date caramel, chocolate pudding/almond nougat center, and chocolate ganache frosting. This was so much fun to make!

Feeling giddy at this rough puff that I accomplished. Soooo flaky and buttery, stuffed with crispy tofu, roasted broccoli, and a homemade vegan cheese sauce 🙌🏽. I think I’m developing an addiction to this flaky beauty. 😅
