In other news, I ran today and my shin didn’t hurt. Just a baby run, 4km at a pretty relaxed pace - but it’s good news, because it suggests that the rehab plan I got from my RMT is working. He thinks my shin pain is actually the result of recurrent calf strains, so I’m currently doing a ton of stuff to condition my calves. I don’t think I’m in the clear quite yet, but I’m hoping I’ll be back in action soon. I might try another mini-run before the week is out, but it depends on how my shin feels tomorrow.
