Yowza Land 6: Journey to the End of the World: A Review

Yowza Land 6: Journey to the End of the World is sort of one of those road trip/buddy films, and it’s a pretty safe movie in this series. There are killings by Killian (which I was happy about, as it was lacking in Yowza Land 5), and we are introduced to two new characters! The characters are the Yowza Land Dog and the Yowza Land Fish. They don’t have any other names than that, but even though their names lack in creativity, their personalities are fresh. Yowza Land Dog is very energetic and upbeat. He does well with making light humor out of things in this film. Yowza Land Fish is very pessimistic, but he still adds a lot of new perspective on different things in the film. My favorite scene was when Killian returned Yowza Land Dog and Yowza Land Fish to the bog because it was very emotional. It still makes me tear up sometimes. Overall, I’d rate Yowza Land 6: Journey to the End of the World a 9/10.

Yowza Land 5: Revengeneering: A Review

Yowza Land 5: Revengeneering is certainly... a film. The plot consists of Killian’s boyfriend being murdered, and Killian goes on a quest to find that killer. While the plot sounds like it could be interesting, they just make Killian kind of mope around until he happens to find where the killers are. And he doesn’t even get to kill the killers, which bothered me, because the whole point of Killian’s character is that he kills people. But he didn’t kill anyone throughout this entire film. It was a boring film. Not the absolute worst out of the series, but it is very close to being so. Overall, I’d give Yowza Land 5: Revengeneering a 2/10.

I’m back!

I’m sorry I haven’t updated in a while, but I finally have free time to do more things! I’m looking forward to finally finishing the reviews for you guys, and I’m excited to work on more stuff! I may talk about what I would like to see if they made another Yowza Land, but I’m not 100% sure about what I’m gonna write after the reviews. I’ll maybe try to find clips of Yowza Land as well, as I’m sure you guys wanna see some of them. Maybe I’ll do some reenactments!

Yowza Land 4: Love Story From Hell: A Review

Yowza Land 4: Love Story From Hell is definitely one of the less memorable sequels in the series. All I remember was that they essentially turned it into a rom-com with Killian and another man. There wasn’t any killing or really any dystopian type things going on except for the background, which I didn’t really enjoy. The romance between Killian and the other man was very well written though, and certain parts were tear-jerkers. I do enjoy this sequel, but it isn’t insanely memorable and I didn’t like the lack of dystopian elements. Overall, I’d give Yowza Land 4: Love Story From Hell a 6/10.

Yowza Land 3: Apesh*t: A (late) Review

Yowza Land 3 is definitely one of my favorite sequels in the Yowza Land series. I’m definitely biased because Killian is my favorite character, and he really shines in this movie. I love the plot for this movie because it takes the Disney princess fairytales and completely destroys them once again. Except for this time (SPOILERS), Killian just kills all of the princesses in an effort to become the prettiest princess, which he succeeds in doing. I know some will say that Killian isn’t a good character just because he mostly kills things. While he does mostly kill things - and I will admit, it can be annoying in some of the later films - he also connects with the other main characters in a weird sort of way. Killian kind of reminds me of the character Ninja Brian from the YouTube comedy band Ninja Sex Party, both of whom are amazing. They’re both (usually) silent, killing machines that make for perfect comedy. This is definitely up there with my favorite Yowza Land movies, but it’s not quite a 10/10 since Yowza Land 18 will always be my favorite. Yowza Land 3 does actually come pretty close, though. I would give Yowza Land 3 a solid 9.5/10.

Yowza Land 2: Apocalypse: A Review

Yowza Land 2: Apocalypse is the first sequel to the best movie series of all time. However, I agree with most people that this sequel doesn’t have much replay value. While I enjoyed watching this the first time and seeing how the princesses reacted to different situations throughout the movie, watching it for the second time wasn’t as entertaining as the first time. The more I watched this sequel, the more I realized how shallow the princesses were. I’m not saying I don’t enjoy the sequel, because there were good moments, but it definitely isn’t the best sequel. Overall, Yowza Land 2: Apocalypse is a solid 4/10.

Yowza Land: A Review

Yowza Land. The film that started it all. I really enjoyed this first movie, and it really hyped me up for future sequels. Even though some people say that Yowza Land doesn’t have replay value, I would disagree. I think because it’s the original, it holds a special place in my heart. I know it rips off a lot of Disney movies, but it doesn’t do it to the point where it’s difficult to watch. I really enjoy the twist of the nuclear fallout, and even though I know it’s coming, it’s still a really action-packed moment. Overall, I’d rate this classic a 9/10.

I agree. I’m not a huge fan of animation, and the plot shifted completely from the plots of the other movies. While I don’t agree with you on most things, this is definitely one I will agree on with you, @panthot-is-bae

Here’s something I think we can all agree on

Sad Blender is easily one of the best characters in the more recent movies. Sad Blender is gloomy, but he’s not so gloomy that it brings down the movie. He’s also pretty quiet, which is a nice contrast from everyone else, who are constantly shouting about things. Sad Blender isn’t my favorite character - Killian will always have a special place in my heart as he’s an original - but Sad Blender still was a really nice addition to Yowza Land.

Omg yes! Can’t believe it! Thought nobody else had seen these movies. Yowza land 2 is my personal favorite.

As far as sequels go, I would say Yowza Land 2 is a classic, but it didn’t have as much replay value for me compared to some of the other sequels. I’m glad you’re a fellow yowzer though!
