Did you know what you wanted to do for the rest of your live at when you were 18 years old? When I was 26 I decided to switch from Psychology to Film making. When I was 32, I left film making and started a career in advertising. And last year, at 49, I decided to start a career in education.

Allowing exploration means supporting opening a door without knowing where it will lead you.

It’s easy to connect the dots of those decisions afterwards, but at the time, they felt like stepping into the unknown.
