Being a feedee means that I get sexual satisfaction from a feeder enabling me and gaining weight during a relationship. Although I haven’t been in a relationship for five years, I have gained about 50ish pounds.) I haven’t been in a relationship by choice, I’m not going to date just anyone. I'm entering into an official relationship with a lovely feedee but I've never been a long-term feeder IRL
Any tips, advice, or pointers for a beginner?
(disclaimer that this is just my opinion!! also it turned out to be longer than i expected lol so bare with me)
communication is so important. this is not specific to feedist relationships of course but still adding it because i think it’s crucial
make sure you are separating kink from reality! this kink is like inherently lifestyle-based so i find this can be difficult for people to do sometimes. but it’s so important i think. keep checking in, keep ensuring you’re both having fun, always make sure they know they are loved wholly and unconditionally, whether they are eating/gaining for you or not!
when it comes to stuffing, eating a lot of something sweet usually tends to make someone feel sick. and tbh even eating a lot of the same thing, whatever it is, can get tiring. so make sure to switch it up! i find it really helpful to just have a wide variety of snacks or treats or food items (sweet and savoury) so that if they get tired of one thing they can just switch to another and keep eating to their greedy lil heart’s content
find out what your feedee LOVES to eat! find out what they don’t like! this extends even beyond food tbh. learn them. and then craft a life specifically for them to feel happy and content.
drinking calories is a weight gain life hack. sodas, juices, milkshakes, wg shakes, morning coffees with extra creamer, cute sugary cocktails, etc etc etc. are packed with calories and can be so easy to drink absentmindedly throughout the day. make sure to get your feedee some fattening beverages (:
be prepared for stomach-related mishaps. upset tummies, pain from overeating, etc. I know we often eroticize these things in feedism fantasies but it doesn’t always go that way irl. sometimes it’s a bit too much and takes them out of that “horny state”. just be on the lookout during stuffings and make sure your feedee is still comfortable enough and enjoying themselves.
in a similar vein, it is very possible that eventually one day your feedee may overdo it a bit too much and end up throwing up. when you’re engaging in the “force myself/my partner to eat as much as they possibly can” kink, it’s not unlikely to happen yknow? if it does, BE THERE for them. support them. exude love and understanding and care. I sometimes see feeders or posts on here saying things like “aw piggy threw up all those calories and now I’m gonna have to replace them😈”. again, that is maybe a hot FANTASY (and no shade if that’s what you’re into!) but if someone just ate so much they threw up, I promise you that isn’t what they’re tryna hear right then. instead, help them cleanup or whatever else is needed, get them some water or warm tea or something and then cuddle them until they start to feel better.
this last one is kind of meta and maybe a bit sappy but i still think it’s important. make sure you choose gratitude every single day that your paths crossed! this is such a niche kink, the “dating pool” is not large by any means. and even in the much larger “normie” dating pools some people still never find their person! appreciate how incredibly lucky you are that you both exist at the same time, you crossed paths, you share an emotional connection that makes you want to pursue a relationship, AND you both have and want to share this beautiful intimate part of yourselves (this kink) with each other. the odds of this happening are WILD! notice them. appreciate them. let that reality soften you and deepen your care for your partner.

ingredients:
Base:
2 cups (16oz) heavy cream 800 cals
1 cup of whole milk (add more or less depending on your desired thickness) 150 cals
A pint of melted ice cream (must be "premium" ice cream like Häagen-Dazs or Ben & Jerry's) 1,000 cals
2 servings of Mass Gainer powder (Cals are for the Dymatize Super Mass Gainer Rich Chocolate, but use whatever brand you can get your hands on) 2,500 cals
Half a can (7oz) of sweetened condensed milk 910 cals
Add-ons:
1/3 cup of chocolate syrup and/or caramel sauce 300 cals
4 tbsp of peanut butter or hazelnut spread 380 cals
1 cup of mini chocolate chips 800 cals
1/2 cup of marshmallow fluff 165 calories
Whipped Cream (for topping)
note: these are very approximate calorie estimates based off of some very basic google searches, so they could be totally off. i'm a slut, not a scientist, so make your own calculations if you please.
Throw together your base of heavy cream, whole milk, melted ice cream, mass gainer, and condensed milk into a blender.
Then add your chocolate and/or caramel syrup, peanut butter and/or nutella, marshmallow fluff, etc.
You should skip the chocolate chips and choose an ice cream flavor without a ton of chunks/big pieces if you're planning on using a funnel.
Blend everything together, top with an obscene amount of whipped cream, and then drink up every drop like the greedy piggy you are.
This shouldn't be something that you have to choke down; substitute and add whatever sickeningly sweet toppings and add-ons that you like until you become addicted to the taste. Play with the recipe, try adding maltodextrin or melted butter or a box of cake mix. Do anything and everything to make this shake as easy to add into your daily routine as possible.
Just the base of this shake alone without any add-ons should add up to be over 5,200 calories. Do you have any idea how fat you're going to get if you're adding an extra 5000+ calories on top of your already unhealthy/high calorie diet? Imagine if you blended in a couple of those add-ons. You'll be exploding with fat in no time.
