The Bathhouse, as I pictured it, deserved to live somewhere other than in my mind. Alas, I have zero artistic skill. But where there is a will (powered by an OC), there is a way. So, I used Tiny Glade to build out a close approximation of the Bathhouse. There's no way to make a true waterfall in Tiny Glade, so you will have to enter your own theater of the mind to fill in that part of the concept. Here are the best of the Bathhouse concept shots I put together... Evi's room, the Lounge would be just to the left of Neve's building. A stream of water runs down from the Lounge into a broken section of the Bathhouse, creating a waterfall. (Right about where the big tree is.)

Illario Week: Day 6 - Joy

In celebration of the final chapter of Savior being released by @vorchagirl, I thought I'd draw the modern AU version of Illario and Kala. This is after they finally get together after so many years of mutual pining and close calls. As you can see, Illario is very happy.

I, myself, couldn't be happier with the way it ended. Thank you, Lena, for writing them! If you haven't, make sure you check it out. It's a short but fun fic to read!

Found a nice Leyendecker pose with interesting material to study and decorate around and I thought...this is perfect for Alba de Riva! Thank you very much to @loustica-lucia for allowing me to interpret your Rook in my style during this art trade. Alba was a treat to illustrate—he comes with a delightful color palette and an even more delightful set of motifs. It was also my first attempt to draw a character with vitiligo.

Alba de Riva is an OC I've been paying attention to for quite some time now. I'm very grateful and overjoyed to have the opportunity to translate Alba from pen to artwork.

Savior - final chapter

“If we do this, everything changes,” Illario warned her, sounding gruff as he squeezed her waist, unwilling to let her go even as he tried to give her a final way out. “We won't be able to go back to the way things were-”

Kala smirked. “You're wrong. Nothing changes, at least not for me. I've felt this way for as long as I can remember, and if doing this means we can't go back…then I'm glad. I don't want to go back to being your friend. I want to be yours, Illario. I want you as a lover and a man, not as a friend or someone dancing through the periphery of my life-”

Illario kissed her before she could finish, swallowing her words as he rolled them over and pinned her beneath him. Fuck. He wanted that too. He wanted to sweep Kala of her feet, steal her away, and make her his in every way possible - to keep her in his life for as long as she would have him. 

A possessive need to have her to himself roared through him - the by-product of denying himself his heart's desire for so long.

The kiss deepened, growing more desperate and intense as they shed their remaining clothes and lay together. Kala's skin was feverishly hot, and he kissed his way down her neck and along her collarbone, his hands tracing his hips and thighs. She moaned and writhed beneath him, her hands hungry as she clutched him close...
