WHOOPS. I had initially tried uploading this from my phone and it ended up TERRIBLE. So here's a reupload.

I loved Fruits Basket and rewatched it recently. So I decided to draw each of the Sohmas in the order of the zodiac.

Next up in my Adventure Dump series! I had a heck of a time with placement because Marshall was first and the horizontal placement made it tricky to place the others, buuuuut it's fine. Also Billy took me forever to do because of all the details and the way I color the lines. But I had to put him in a biker outfit.

I really liked the idea of bandaids on Flame Prince because he's a smidge clumsy, so I thought hey, how bout some bandaids! Just pretend they're heat resistant, haha.

I almost put Finn in his regular hat like what I did for Fionna, but I really wanted to make it a cute little bear hat, so here we are. I had a lot of fun with this one and I've been having a great time with each of the characters as a whole during this series. 🩵

Also I almost made the background green, but Fern kept getting lost, so I adjusted some.

Part 2 of my Adventure Dump. Not as many characters this time, but I didn't want to crowd the page too much, so here we go. Ice King ended up being really fun. I references his suit, but I kept thinking about Gary Oldman's Dracula and built off of that basis. As for Susan, I love taking big, muscular ladies and putting them in itty bitty cute outfits. It's so much fun. LSP is nearly beat for beat just wearing Jessica Rabbit's dress, but like she's rocking it, so that was cool. And as for T.V., he's my favorite of Jake's kids and I kind of like the idea of him being Ace and Bi, so I added that in the bracelets and the coloration of the Uhh on his hat. And I felt like I had enough space left for someone small, so it had to be Shelby, who turned out looking like such a sophisticated little lad. Everyone was really fun to make and I'm super happy with how they turned out. I'm excited to make more! ❤️

I finished up Adventure Time again recently and had to do some stuff. So behold Adventure Dump.

I spent some time working on this piece of Rumi. It was a bit of a challenge at first because I couldn't quite figure out what I wanted to do, but then it just came to me as I went. I'm happy with how it came out and I'm excited to start working on some sketchdumps for KPop Demon Hunters. It's gonna be fun! ❤️

And so it begins. I've watched KPop Demon Hunters a couple times now and I'm absolutely in love with it. I'm currently busy with some weekend plans, but I had a moment and wanted to sketch out Romance for funsies. I cannot wait to get back to my computer and work on some actual stuff for it. 🩷 But in the meantime, a ballpoint pen and notebook worked out ok.

Tokyo Mew Mew was the first manga I ever read. My friend would lend me copies to read during school that she got from the library and it was so much fun. I read and reread them hundreds of times, and I now own the entire series. I revisit it every now and again when I'm feeling nostalgic or if I need a little of Mia Ikumi's charm to help get me through the day. So here's a little Ichigo, because when the world feels so dark, a little pink goes a long way in brightening it. 🩷

I have finally started going through Sailor Moon! I watched the show a lot when I was little, but I didn't really remember much. It's been pretty fun so far! I love the aesthetic of the show and it has such a fun vibe to it, especially early on. As I worked on these, I've made it to the part where the girls fully restore their memories so I'm excited to see what happens next! I love all the girls, but my favorite is Sailor Jupiter for sure. I had a great time sketching everyone, though I definitely made the mistake of drawing each character and then shrinking them down to fit, so it's a smidge disjointed, but it's a sketchdump so it's fine. (Also I titled the file "Sailor Moodles" and gave myself a chuckle) ^-^

I decided to play around with some fun color combinations for DK's Bananza design. I love all the cool options the game gives, but I still felt like playing around with my own takes on some potentially cool skins. ^-^

I managed to watch all 10 episodes of the King of the Hill reboot and I wanted to share my thoughts! I normally don't do that on my art accounts aside from brief "I liked it!" if I managed to do some fan art, but KoTH is pretty special to me, so I'll make an exception.

Firstly, I was really worried that the change in art direction would become too distracting and would blemish my enjoyment of the show. While I still prefer the look of the old episodes (and even later seasons by comparison), I did not find the update so distracting. After a while, I was accustomed to it enough that I didn't really notice it too much.

Next up, the stories of the episodes. I really enjoyed each topic for both A and B plots for each episode. I thought it managed to find ways to integrate current fads and topics without it feeling TOO hokey or cringe inducing. There's a couple times where it's a little on the nose, but overall I felt that their handling of specific topics was decent enough that I didn't really feel like they were just throwing them in there. I won't divulge the plots themselves in case you want to go in fresh, so there we go.

Now for the big one: the characters. All in all, I really enjoyed how the characters grew and changed between the seasons. It felt believable and to be honest Bobby was the star of the show. I couldn't help but feel so proud watching Bobby as an adult, like this goofy kid really grew up and put his all into his chosen path. Peggy had her moments where she of course has that unique Peggy Hill confidence, but I don't feel she was as bad or mean spirited as she could be in the latter half of the original run. I kind of felt that Dale sort of regressed into his original form of being almost a villain in and of himself, but in the best way. Toby's performance as Dale in the latter half of the season was fabulous. I picked up a little Cotton coming through, but all in all I think he did Johnny proud. Bill is just as... Well, Bill as ever. And seeing Boomhauer the family man was a nice touch.

Hank himself felt pretty dang Hank for the most part. He got a couple good chuckles out of me and seeing him struggling to get reacquainted with living in the states again was all in all a joy.

So with that, I won't get into spoiler territory yet, but I did enjoy the new season as a whole. Maybe after a couple weeks I'll delve a little deeper, but for now that's it! ^-^

I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally wanna play Bananza. At this point I'm determined to get a switch 2 so I can play it. And in the meantime, I wanted to draw King K. Rool and play around with my previous sketch of DK. I really love the option to change his fur color, I think that's so cute. ^-^

Alrighty, so I've added onto this dump. I love the utter insanity of the Hills trying to play it off like they're totally innocent, no problem here while each of them is looking like a wreck and a half. And Dale's plummeting in the background.

Also devil Bobby because it's great.

I'm going through King of the Hill again in preparation for the upcoming season. I'm probably going to draw some more because at this point, it's just a lot of fun. Bobby nonchalantly accepting Dale's request cracks me up every time.

06/27/2025 Sketch Dump

I started a new dump shortly after finishing the last one. The ideas were all over, but all things I'm currently watching/playing (mostly). I worked on a couple icons of myself to be used for different things as I need, with the Waluigi one because why not. I'm a big fan of BDG's AHHH!BBA album, so I decided to sketch him out in all his glory. Though I did take some liberties making the entirety of the cape's interior sparkles. I also finally got my husband to watch the first few episodes of Naruto, which he's never seen, hence the Naruto sketches and whatnot. And lastly, I've been going through King of the Hill while I'm working so I'm all prepared for the reboot when it airs. I'm a little bummed about the rigging animation for the reboot, especially since I really love how grainy and weird the old animation is, but I'll reserve judgement until I've seen more.

06/22/2025 Sketch Dump

I've had a hectic couple of weeks and I was in serious need of sketching some things for funsies. I basically gave up on the second Goku, so he's just going to live unfinished unless I ever decide to go back. I also decided to try something new, so the linework for both Waluigi and Papyrus was done by filling in their silhouettes and erasing it until I had lines. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out considering it's the first time I've tried lining anything that way.

Trunks is special to me. Way back in the days of yore, my friend was working on an art project for school and they were coloring Trunks digitally. That was the very first time I was exposed to digital art in person and it was the coolest thing to me. I decided I absolutely had to do it and begged my dad for a cheap tablet so I could start doing digital art. Since I've been revisiting Dragon Ball art lately, I thought now was the perfect time to show Trunks some love and finally bring it back around to that moment. ^-^
