Pictured here is the Armour-Stiner House, located in Irvington, New York.  As of today, I’m glad to say that this is actually a house that has been preserved and well cared for.  I normally happen to not paint structures that aren’t either gone or in a dire state of decay, but it is worth paying attention to houses like this every now and again.  They are living proof that some people still love and care about the past.
