The monarch of corvidae are not often considered “gods,” as they are more likened to malignant spirits, tricksters, or cursed creatures, but they do share many of the same abilities as what gods may be able to preform. Their abilities include:

I. the ability to see possible futures II. grant luck or misfortune III. shape-shifting ( only to a bird & to a human. ) IV. near omniscient ; whatever a corvidae bird sees is reported back to the monarch making the monarch seem omniscient V. ‘hive mind’ - a bird on its own is harmless, but in a flock they can be extremely dangerous. HC. After becoming king, Ash became a bit of a VAIN crow. His feathers are preened and it translates to long, smooth hair.

HC. As a crow, he likes to sit on people’s shoulders and put his beak near their eyes. If he likes the individual he’ll simply perch on their shoulder and nudge their head with his whole body.

HC. As a child, before he is KING - Ash was extremely gentle and naive. If he overheard any woes he would solve them with his magic. Any favors asked of him would be done promptly and without a price. Above all he loved GAMES like tag or hide and seek. It is said the kind children who use to play with him have a blessed bloodline with luck spanning down generations.

O' child O' child beware the forests. It is not the wolf you should fear, nor the ghosts and ghouls, or even the mad men. Fear the crows for they never forget a face, and should they like your eyes they may feast, and the king — he's the worst of all, walking in the skin of humanity. If you see him you should know, he can tell you of the future, of your woes. What is a lie and what is truth will be obscured, for the crow is a trickster, true. Offend him and he'll break your back, your bow, but should he like your company, well, he grants luck and wellness too.
