Butt implants are problematic and I don't use them. In this case The Butt Implant was placed over the muscle and the cavity has enlarged so the implant can rotate. Placing it under the muscle prevents this but then you can get painful pressure over nerve. Credit to @valentinalequeux a great butt is not about the size but the proportions and the right relationship between thigh and butt. Here the waist to hip is .7, the "ideal ratio. The widest point is at the junction of thigh and butt at the level of the butt fold so it looks like the thigh flows into the butt. The thigh flows into the butt as a unit. The important thing about a beautiful butt is not the size, but the shape. Sometimes liposuction is all you need. Lip Lift Lip Lift - Most women do not need lip plumping with fillers. As you get older the the cheeks and upper lip descend, rolling over the red part of your lip. That makes the lip appear thinner but it really isn't. If you roll up the skin of the upper lip you will see the red part appears fleshy again, but in a natural way, not like fish mouth or duck lips. Hidden scar endoscopic brow lift.There was no skin taken from upper eyelids in this patient. The "skin excess is not real, it is a result of the low position of the brow. Once you put the brow in correct position there is no more skin overhang.
