No one says that, or at least if they do they are an odd one out. People are saying that you need trauma to be a system.

having trauma  ≠ being constantly unhappy

Yes most people with trauma will be unhappy. Most of us go through periods of our lives depressed, but that doesn’t mean that we are destined to be sad forever nor that you must be sad to be a system.

Look at this post here, where two traumagenic systems are being happy and sharing it.

Why do you automantically assume that having trauma makes you forever unhappy?

Is it because of the stigma surrounding traumatized individuals as a whole? Or is it the fact that you view being disordered as inherently a negative thing?

Whether you are intending to or not, you are contributing to the stigma of traumatized and disordered indivuduals.

What you can do to be better is start to break down those biases and figure out why you view traumatised and disordered individuals in a negative light.
