Rare non-art post on this blog (humour me) but making my Durante/Golbez T4T is important to me... when so much of their story is already about identity, how one's identity can be changed both by choice and against one's will, how there can be joy in it, but also horror and grief... That extra layer feels meaningful to me

#I think they also feel different about it in different ways #which is interesting when you consider Durante taking on that mantle #does he live that life how he wants or how Golbez would have wanted?#(ultimately I think there is no longer a living body underneath the voidsent armour so that part of it stops being so pertinent)

I made some reference images and a page for my Golbez design. Finding a midground between "this is technically a canon NPC" and "this is my OC please be nice to him"
