"Maybe while at camp, but not at school. I like to lay low, stay under the radar since everyone pretty much ignores me anyway," Nat frowns, then continues, "Wow, that sounds really self-pitying, but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Anyway, I don’t gotta worry about any of that now." School sucks, peers suck. Natasha’s just glad she graduated senior year and is outta that place.
She laughs, continuing to joke around, “Yeah, new man alright. One summer older you’re obviously a completely different person.”
"Do you need a hug?" he offered, not unjokingly. "I'm happy to offer hugs but then I'm strange so that's that. No worrying is good. Yep, summer camp and fun awaits. Sounds like the opening to an 80's action movie. Dibs on the buddy cop."
"I grew three inches," he told her, voice full of mock indignity, "I am now the manliest man outside of Olympus."
