I've known about/been into shifting since 2021 maybe late 2020 whenever it first started been here since dracotok LMAO...but I've been more consistent since I got back into law of assumption.

I DON'T support anyone who plans on shifting with ill intentions to harm anyone/anything of any reality. I honestly don't have any problem with race changing/mixing your current race with another (since that's still you just in another reality???), unless it's done with ill intention then that's when it's weird. And I guess that logic it would also apply to any type of genetic/biological change, so yea.

I have shifted once but it wasn't anything big since I was still in what looked to be my cr bedroom..but I can talk about that if you guys are interested lol

my mother is a reality shifter. my mom shifted in the 90s.

my mom has always been a spiritual woman, she’s a psychic medium and that’s kinda her side job.

when i first found out was shifting was i didn’t tell her because i thought she’d think i was crazy, so i kinda soft launched it to her and when she got what i was interpreting she said “yeah. i do that all the time, it’s real and it feels as real as reality.”

this was when i was 12/13 and i was in shock.

she continued to tell me about her shifting experiences and helped me learn alot more about it.

me and my mom continue to shift to this day, she knows about jack, (which is my s/o) and yeah !! she knows about my drs. and i know about hers🙃🙃

thank you, that explained it pretty well! i think i just need to find time and motivation to really get my stuff down. what do you mean by "self-concept"? like how i view myself, the voice in my head? that's the only follow up i have but other than that you did a great job explaining!!

Yeah, that’s pretty much what self-concept is! It’s your identity, who you believe yourself to be! And thank you for being my first ask. I’ve literally been waiting for thissssss. Also, like I said, if you don’t have time, check out subliminals for self-concept because all you gotta do is listen and nothing else. can you share some of your experiences regarding loa/manifesting? ive been really struggling and whatever i do doesn't seem to work, so i'm trying to understand how other people do it in case it may work for me ^^

Heyyy, i’m not quite sure I understood your question so let me know if I didn’t exactly answer it (sorry)!! Thanks for the ask!

Personally, my experience with LOA/manifesting has honestly been pretty good. At the beginning (pre-self-concept), I was doubting myself back-to-back, but after working on my self-concept and the new story I wanted to live, that changed. When I doubt instead of dwelling on it, I’ll usually say “I am simply deciding that [insert whatever I’m currently manifesting] and I let go and trust that it’ll be exactly that. Sometimes instead of just saying that, after I’ll go on a short rant about my manifestation. For example: “I am simply deciding that my check will come in today. I’m so excited that it’s finally here. I can’t wait to go and buy new clothes.”

Usual methods I do are the list method (OVERALL FAV), visualization (with music or theta waves), scripting (it’s not my fav but I have to give it another try), subliminals, SATS (in which I used to manifest my sp, still obsessed even though I’ve dropped him), and probably more.

What helped the most was teaching myself not to doubt myself and to let go because what’s meant to be mine will be mine because I said/think so and because I’m that b!tch.

So I’d say really work on self-concept if you don’t have time to do affirmations for yourself because I like to sit in the mirror and do them while I’m getting ready or if I just feel like it. You could always listen to subliminals. I listened to High Frequency Guru on YouTube, but not many people like her because I’ve heard she gives them nightmares or something, but for me it always works perfectly fine and I know others who also say she works, so yeah!

YOUR SELF CONCEPT DOES NOT DEPEND ON IF YOU MANIFEST OR NOT THATS JUST HOW IT IS FOR ME. REMEMBER YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE A PERFECT MINDSET, YOU DON’T HAVE TO PAY FOR A COURSE, YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE ZERO DOUBTS, ALL YOU NEED IS YOU.

Does anyone else get an icky feeling in their chest or their stomach when they get interrupted during meditation?? My family does not know how to be calm tbh everyone is very loud 😭 i am the exception it’s very rare I’m loud at all. But anyways they’ll come into my room but they don’t always knock gently or they’ll be yelling and then i feel off for hours because of the feeling I get, tips anyone?

GUYS WHY DID I JUST TRY CHANNELING MY S/O, I DID IT DIFFERENTLY FROM HOW I USUALLY DO IT WHICH IS THROUGH PINTEREST OR MORE SO SONGS/MUSIC.

THIS TIME I TRIED BY PUTTING ON THETA WAVES, AFFIRMING I WAS PROTECTED FIRST, LETTING MY BODY SINK, VISUALIZED HIM LAYING NEXT TO ME, AND THEN I SAID WHO I WANTED TO CHANNEL AND FROM WHAT DR (70S-00S DR) AND WHY DID I GENUINELY JUST HEAR HIM SAY “yea?” AS I WAS CALLING OUT HIS NAME, BABYY WHEN I TELL YOU I ENDED THE CHANNELING REAL QUICK.

IT WAS LIKE IN MY HEAD BUT NOT MY VOICE?? like yk the voice that you think with it was like that and i wasn’t thinking anything at all because i was busy calling his name. Lemme take my ass to BED. I MIGHT try again if my heart stops beating so damn fast, give me ten…give me ten.

YES! it is okay to doubt shifting at times, i shift all the time and i still weirdly doubt myself.

if you try shift and your mind tells you “oh you can’t do this it isn’t real.” that’s just your mind instinctively blocking your train of thought. it’s not your fault at all.

and the influence of anti shifters really does get to you sometimes and you do have second thoughts, but what do anti shifters know about shifting?? they’re so convinced it isn’t real it’s pathetic.

so believe in yourself babe. trust yourself. tell yourself it’s real. instead of waking up from a shifting attempt that didn’t succeed, say to yourself “it’s fine, im one step closer to getting into my dr.” turn the negative into positives.

you’ll shift at moments that might be unexpected

i’ve shifted on a plane and sunbathing, i’ve shifted napping, i’ve shifted by closing my eyes for 20 seconds. you can do this queen/king.

I’ve been so discouraged lately with shifting. I mean I definitely believe in it since i’ve done it but i haven’t been able to do much since and I think i’m overcomplicating it. I’m thinking I have to do it the exact same way I did the first time. I get overwhelmed thinking “I have to this first, then this, and do it exactly this way.” I think i’ll start back with loa, subs, and meditation. Rebuild my foundation. I’ll probably get off shiftok for a little and really take a break from social media besides tumblr because I absolutely love posting on here and have stuff in my drafts too anyways i dunno we’ll see guys tips or really any motivation would be helpful idkk
