The Atacama Desert in Chile is the most arid non-polar region in the world. Evidence suggests it may have received no significant rainfall for a 400 year period from 1570 to 1971, and many weather stations placed there have never seen rain. Scientists believe it may be the oldest desert on earth.

Took a roadtrip around Wisconsin this weekend… got to see the infamous Ed Geins grave, the house on the rock, and stopped by many small towns in between… there’s just something about those small towns that radiate vintage Americana vibes.
