No disrespect to the artists behind seven havens, but it doesn’t really feel like avatar to me. It doesn’t have the vibe of either series. It feels more like a different show that’s copying avatar. Idk how to explain it. I’m lowkey not feeling it, but I’m still going to watch it. lol

They released Avatar: Seven Havens early because they were worried it’d get leaked like the movie did. I also hate how they’re trying to make korra look like she ruined the world. That’s just giving her haters even more ammunition to attack her. Whatever tho, I’m still team korra. 🤭

I don’t think it’s wrong for people to care about guts and casca’s relationship. Before the eclipse, casca still had agency, leadership, and complexity while also genuinely having feelings for guts. Those things aren’t mutually exclusive. Her relationship with him has always been an important part of her character, so it’s not far fetched for shippers to care about it.

And I think saying casca needs to be completely free of guts is jumping to a conclusion. The manga has consistently shown that, whenever casca is able to emerge from her traumatized state, there are still signs that they care about each other as friends. Whether they ultimately end up together is another question, but I don’t think the story supports the idea that guts can never be part of her future.

I used to be hyper focused on everything antis were saying about makorra, so I’d constantly check it, react to it, and complain every time they brought it up. But now that I don’t really care what they think anymore, I’ve noticed I’ve naturally stopped doing all of that. I’m not hyper analyzing their takes or keeping up with every little complaint they make. I’m so free!

I’ve seen Toy Story 5, and it was honestly boring to me. Whenever Jessie is the lead or the main focus, I just don’t find the movie that interesting. Buzz spent the whole movie feeling more like her love interest than his own character, and it actually made Toy Story 4 look better by comparison. If I had to rank the movies, it’d be Toy Story 1 (out of respect for being the original), then Toy Story 3, Toy Story 2, Toy Story 4, and finally Toy Story 5.

Casca survival after the eclipse becomes a “narrative inconvenience” for a lot of berserk stans who just want guts revenge arc or their preferred ships to play out. (🙄) They see her primarily as a tool for guts development, existing to give him purpose or push his story forward, and nothing more. Her trauma and dependence are treated as annoyances rather than real aspects of her character, which is why some act like she’s in the way of guts growth or romantic possibilities. A lot of them even think she should have been discarded with the rest of the hawks during the sacrifice and are upset she was kept alive, because her survival interferes with the story they want. Before the time skip, she had agency, leadership, and real complexity, but after, her identity gets overshadowed by how she affects guts trajectory, reinforcing the perception that she exists only to serve his story. Casca haters reduce her to a tool whenever she doesn’t fit neatly into the storylines they prefer, treating her presence as a problem instead of recognizing her as her own person.
