hi! im venus & im slightly new to agere. i am diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, autism, adhd & ocd, and I’ve found that leaning into age regression helps me cope during episodes or when i am having bad symptom days. im still learning what i particularly like & dislike, but generally im just in my bed with my stuffies doomscrolling or coloring lol. i generally go nonverbal during episodes and this eases my guilt a lot for some reason.
