So Emmet’s tux from the Emmet Awards was his magician costume from the beginning of the movie. This of course chained into Emmet having Benny as his +1 to Wyldstyle’s wedding posing as his magician’s assistant. Their big trick? Clearing all the shrimp and stealing the entire wedding cake and driving off in the limo.

It all started out so simple. Benny had intended on doing a full wash of his blankets and clothes when there was this ear splitting noise. The washer had finally died. Being that Benny’s washing machine had broke, he had come up with a fantastic idea to take the blankets and bag of what little clothing he had and bring it to Emmet’s. The guy’s apartment would be cool with him washing the clothes there, right? All he’d have to do is buy some replacement soap or something.It really should not be all too big of a deal, besides him and Emmet were really tight.
