I haven't seen the new Avatar, but I've seen plenty of edits featuring my favorite Spider. I'm so glad more and more people are realizing what a wonderful boy he is <3
P.S. I have an au where navi live in the present day. It also focuses on a spider and a little bit of aocorro :3. It's all in pencil, though. Maybe I'll publish it someday!
Could you draw Norm and Spider reuniting? I hated how glossed over their relationship was 😭
something about spider being child sized to norm avatar and then taller than norm in human form kkkkk
OHHHH THEMM
Poor Ttrong is holding back his friends from killing stupid metcayin teenagers😅
Seriously, the guy is the only voice of reason in this firestorm.
He's just like:
Oh, hell no guys!
And poor Oare hung face down on the ground.😆 Her little brother can be cruel, right?
Hello, more Duck au questions!!!
1. During ANF, when Clem and Duck join, where did Duck have the brand put on him?
2. Does Duck have a hobby? Like drawing or something. I remember seeing a post where hw has a sketchpad.
3. Has Duck ever lost his temper, like get legitimately angry at someone or something?
4. When Duck gets taken by The Delta( I'm assuming after your answer about the James/Duck happy ending, that Duck gets taken) did his end up get hurt by Lilly, maybe not as extreme as Louis getting his tongue cut out, but something still as bad, right?
5. Has Duck ever done something that freaked even him out?
6. Out of everyone in Erikson, who would Duck get along with well?(Barring Louis, because them getting along is a given)
He would get a tattoo on his wrist and consider it very cool. Then the fool would have to wear long shirts to not be noticed, hd
YES. He would have loved to draw since childhood! It calms him down. It's his way of getting his emotions out.
He was definitely mad at his father during the second season. I think he would not have wanted to talk to him during Arvo's captivity (he would have strongly disagreed with his father) and would have yelled at him while he was fixing the car. Also in season 4, he would yell at Lilly a lot.
Lilly would have beaten Doug badly during the interrogation (he would have kept silent or made rare caustic comments). Lilly sees Doug as his father, and from this, through the prism of Doug himself, she wants to take revenge on her father's "killer". At the end of the interrogation, when Doug is barely conscious, she would have made an attempt to kill him (with something heavy on the head), but eventually would have thrown this thing next to his head with the words "I will not stoop to your father's level" and would have left. Maybe someday I'll sketch this scene.
He still does not know how to control the tone of his voice - Sometimes he speaks louder than he wants to, so gossiping with him next to someone is unlikely to work. (I think because of this peculiarity of his, James heard not the most pleasant words about his beliefs next to the barn ...)
LOUIS AND DOUG BFF, THIS IS OUT OF THE QUESTION. THEY WOULD HAVE PAIRED BRACELETS AND CLEM WOULD BE JEALOUS, BUT CAMON, YOU'RE A SISTER, THAT'S DIFFERENT. He would have become friends with Tennessee, maybe they would have painted together, sharing their ideas. He would also get in touch with Ruby and Omar. Aasim and Mitch would have been the hardest for him. With Violet, they would have started with a conflict (it's not our fault that our car made so much noise, we were out at the time, um), but then they would have found a common language and would also have become very good friends
Do you plan on making other survivor AUs?
Oh no, I'm only interested in the story of the surviving Doug. Although I would probably leave Luke and Nick alive in this AU as well...(Doug could have affected their safety, hd) But they would have split up after season 2 anyway
Hi, I'm just asking if you're doing okay? It's just been a while since you have been on here. I understand that you have a life outside of this. I hope I'm not being too pushy.
Hi! I didn't want to make you worry! I went on vacation with my parents to the sea this month, and the Internet was not catching well there - But I have a couple of pencil drawings on twdg, which I will post later!
Hi, omg! I've been going through your blog and looking at alll of the Duck stuff, and I've got like, a few questions.
1. Is there a fic that you've written? Or one that you recommend with a similar concept?
2. At the end of ANF, do you think Duck stayed behind to help rebuild Richmond and kinda make a home base for Clem? Or did both of them leave for good?
3. I know a lot of people choose "Always aim for the head" in season 4 when talking to AJ, but do you think Duck said it? Or Clem?
1. No, I don't write fan fiction and, unfortunately, I haven't found one with a similar idea (if you have any in mind, I'll wait for recommendations!). According to the walking dead game, I only read "Clementine Remembered That" I liked it, but the work is not over :(
2. I think by that time they had made it a rule to always stick together. And, after consulting, they left together for AJ. And then they found out about a certain war that had started there and decided to continue on their own
3. Oh, Clem said exactly about "always aim for the head", she is more pragmatic than Duck. Duck would advise you to look for all the ways out in the places where you go
Thanks for the questions!
In the Duck lives AU, does Kat get bitten instead? If so, how does this change the train scene? Does Lee still have to convince Kenny to stop the train? Who would stop Kat from turning?
Yes, in AU they bite Katjaa instead of Duck. Duck is with his mother all the time, but later Katjaa becomes very ill and she realizes that she cannot continue like this. She asks Lee and Duck to persuade Kenny to stop the train. While Duck hugs his dad in tears, Chuck, Katjaa and Clem remain in the carriage. Clem sits to the side and looks out the open door of the carriage. Chuck comes up to Katjaa with a gun, puts it next to her with the words "it's time to deal with this for a long time. Either you do it yourself, or someone from the group will have to," and Chuck approaches Clem to distract her with a conversation. At this time, Katjaa shoots herself in the head without hesitation.
Hy, I have more questions.
1. Does Duck have a personal weapon?(Like Clem with her knife and AJ with his revolver), and is his preference ranged or melee?
2. This is more of a question about Clem in the Duck lives au, does Clem get with Louis or Violet
3. How does Duck react to seeing Lilly again, and vice versa?
4. When they are at Ericson, and they have to either go with Louis and Aasim to the rabbit traps or Violet and Brody to the fish traps, which one do they go with, or does Duck go with one of them and Clem the other one?
5. During the "war" game, how would Duck respond to potential questions, and what would he asks the others?
6. When did Duck start crushing on James, and vice versa?
1. I think Duck would have liked cold steel more, maybe a hunting knife or an axe. He can shoot too, but melee is closer to his liking!!
2. I love the idiot Louis too much and put him together in every game with Clem--- I can't help myself and in this universe they are together
3. OH, HE'S IN SHOCK. To be honest, I think he didn't even realize right away that it was her, :D. Only when Clem found out he was like, "oh..OMG STOP-". Lilly did not like Kenny and pointed out to Duck that his father was a terrible man, which means that he himself did not go far from him in her eyes. I think Duck seemed more like a barrier to her, and Clem seemed like a future soldier.
4. Clem will go to the rabbit traps, and Duck to the fish traps. They would like to get to know everyone better, and at the end of the day they would discuss everyone :D
5. He's damn unlucky. But if he was lucky, he would not want to break the warm atmosphere with difficult questions and either stole a question from Clem about Marlon's hairstyle, or asked a question like "what animal do you associate yourself with / do you like comics". He would let Clem answer the question "where are AJ's parents" and the answer would be the same. To the question "who took care of you", he will say that there were a lot of people, including his father. To the question "did he kill someone dear to himself", he will answer that his mother was bitten because of his inattention, and he will also leave the table with Clem to support her. And, well, to the question "did he have a significant other ", he will grimace and say that he has not yet met such a person :)
6. Oh, James fell in love first! I think he liked Duck the first time they met. Also, when he heard from Clem that Duck had been taken to the ship with the other guys, James began to worry a lot about the guy. When Duck was rescued, James was genuinely happy about it and even hugged him. But Lilly's murder still bothered him and he also leaves our guys in the cave, taking one last look at Duck. After the events of season 4, James needed time to think about it....a lot of things. Eventually, he realized that he had gone too far in some places, returned to school and communication with Duck resumed there. James very quickly accepted his feelings for Duck and also tried in every possible way to court and hint about his feelings for Duck. With Duck, everything is more complicated. He enjoyed talking to James, and was also happy that he helped get him out of captivity. When James left them in the cave, Duck was initially angry that he didn't even try to understand them. Later, when he returned to school, he thought of James more and more often, and these memories made him sad. When James started going to school, the longing passed and Duck was genuinely happy. In the end, it was only after he had a frank conversation with Clem that he was able to realize his feelings and tell James directly that he liked him. (Duck did not know that James had been in love with him for a long time, which greatly upset James (he was too obvious))
Hello? Me again. More questions.
1. This is more of a statement phrased like a question, but Duck and Louis would definitely get along, right?
2. When was Duck's first Walker and Human kill? Because those first kills are pretty important, especially if it's a kid.
3. How did Duck react to Ben being the one who dealt with the bandits, and that inadvertently leading to Katjaa dying?(I'm assuming Katjaa is the one who got bit, as it's common in Duck lives au)
4. The answer of this may potentially break my heart, but does James live and have a life with Duck or does he die?
I also would like to say that your probably the first person ive seen to give Duck dirty blond hair, and I love it because it reminds me of Katjaa.
Heyy!!!
OF COURSE!!! Louis and Duck would quickly find a common language and become best friends!
2. Duck killed the first walker after season 1. Krista and Omid prepared him for this world, and Clem showed him how to shoot. He learned fast! The death of the walker did not resonate in his heart. But the first murder of a human for him was one of the Bandits who attacked him, Clem and Christa at the beginning of the second season. One of the robbers grabbed Clem and Duck, without hesitation, attacked him. Duck managed to push the man into the river, where he smashed his head on a rock. Duck was shocked by how easily the man died from his actions, but he had no time to think about it, since he had lost sight of Clem. A more deliberate murder took place already in the "New Frontier". There, fighting off the soldiers of the New Frontier, some suffered at his hands. By this point, he had already accepted for himself that he was ready to commit murder to protect his family (only for the purpose of protection, of course)
3. Duck was in a state of shock and generally didn't talk much. He also blamed himself for his mother's death (yes, Katjaa was bitten instead of Duck, she noticed a zombie that crawled especially close and covered Duck with herself. Then, near the tree, Lee shot at her so that she would not turn). When the others went to school, Duck stayed with Omid and Clem in the house. There, he slowly began to talk with Omid and they had a good dialogue after which he admitted that he had to move on anyway. When his father returned enraged and told him that Ben was to blame for Katjaa's death, it discouraged him. He heard Ben's apology and decided that if he could move on, then why couldn't Ben? Duck didn't blame Ben for his mother's death.
4. I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS. James is alive, but after the season 4 finale, he still needed time to realize that his philosophy was different from Duck's. At first, they would just meet occasionally and talk about the past, their views, etc. Over time, James would be able to accept the other guys' point of view and would live with them all at school (he would still not kill walkers and would also go on outings in his walker costume, perhaps taking walkers away from school)
I generally think Duck is more like mom ; D Thanks for the questions!!!
I have more questions, if you please! Just a heads up, it's a lot of questions about the Duck lives au.
1. As he gets older, would Duck start to want to be called Kenny Jr, or would he just make Duck his real name, because calling him Kenny would remind him of his dad and make him sad?
2. I know you said that Duck and James are a thing, but what is Duck's sexuality? Does he have a label or is he unlabeled?
3. When Duck was at Howes, how did he act? Was he trying to follow the rules, most likely because of potential consequences, or was he lashly out, being a rebel?
4. When Kenny was going to kill Carver, did Duck and/or Clem stay to watch.
5. When Kenny starts becoming more unstable, would Duck try to justify what Kenny is doing, or would he start gradually distancing himself? And how would his relationship with Jane be, depending on the answer.
And 6. During the Kenny v Jane fight, would Duck or Clem shoot Kenny or let Jane die.
P.S I'm sorry if this is a lot of questions, I just want to know more
I'm just for the questions! I'm very glad you're asking, it's fun!
1. I think yes, with age he would like to be called Kenny Jr, he would wear this name with pride. But the closest ones (Clementine, Alvin Jr) could address him as Duck, and they got used to it, and he is comfortable hearing his "nickname" from his family.
2. I think Duck wouldn't be familiar with the concept of sexualities, he just loves and wants to be loved xb. But if we are speaking orientations - then, most likely, he is pansexual/panromantic. He just has no idea what it is called.
3. I think he was trying to analyze the situation at first. He genuinely liked Walter and his ski station, and after he was killed, Duck hated all the people who were on Carver's side. In Hawes, he would definitely snap at Bonnie, for him, her deception was an extremely low act as well as her attempts to get closer & cheer him up. In general, he would not have gone into trouble, but since his emotions are very open, his contempt for Carver would have been noticeable, and Carver himself did not like it. Just like Clem, he helped with the escape
4. Oh, an interesting question! I still think no, I wouldn't. Duck is an emotional person, but at the same time he knows how to control anger well (this is from his mother). Duck would not have liked this side of his father; he would not have dissuaded him from beating Carver, but he wouldnt have stayed to watch it either. I think Clem would have left with Duck in this situation. They wouldn't try to discuss Kenny's actions in general, planning on what to do next instead
5. This is a really difficult question. I've been thinking about it a lot too. I think he would not have been close to Jane's philosophy about loneliness and in general they would not have been very close (still, he did not look very much like her younger sister). But he also didn't like his father's aggression. At first, he would justify his father's difficult fate and the loss of Sarita, but then his aggression would become more and more annoying to Duck. During Jane and Kenny's fight, he would have been more scared than ever. In the end, he would not be able to pull himself together and the last decision would be left to Clem. In my AU, she would not have intervened in Jane's murder, she and Kenny would have walked to Wellington and said a tearful goodbye there. Kenny would have given Duck his cap and said something like "see you later, son." I think Duck understood that they had a better chance of surviving with a small child in Wellington, besides, he still hadn't been released after Jane's murder, and Duck wouldn't have protested much against Kenny's desire to leave them here. Perhaps later he would regret it and think about how his father was in solitary there, but with age these thoughts would become less. Still, his father didn't handle the new world very well.
6. I answered it at 5 :D
Your questions help me come up with some more details myself & inspire me greatly, thank you for that!! Always feel free to ask more questions :D
A statement and a question for you, both about the Duck lives au.
The statement: I just noticed that S3 Duck is wearing a similar shirt that S1 Kenny wore and I love that.
The question: how did Duck get that scar? Because in your S2 art, he has it after what I assume is the aftermath of the Kenny v Jane fight.
Oh!! I'm happy that you noticed!! and yes, Duck got a scar in the middle of season 2. Carver, to teach Kenny a lesson, instead of beating him up, wanted to cut off his son's ear. But Kenny couldn't look at it, and, bypassing the guards, attacked Carver. Then everything escalates into the same fight, where the result is a beaten Kenny, but Carver also managed to inflict a wound on Duck.
It seems to me that Duck would be a very sarcastic person. He would have teased Clem and Gabe about their feelings for each other. In the second season, it seems to me that during the attack at the very beginning of the game on Clem and Krista, Clem and Duck lost each other and would have been separated until part 2 of season 2. While Clementine escapes from the dog and spends the night in the barn, Duck searches for her. Eventually, after a zombie attack on Nick and Pete, Clem goes to rescue Pete, and a group of zombies forces Nick to retreat into the woods. Duck saves him from the zombies there. And, as a result, while Clem is Luke's favorite, Duck becomes his "little brother" for Nick
