please tell me how where I can get the supplies to bind a similar book ??

I'm not sure which book you're referring to but I'm afraid I won't be much help with recommending stores, sorry. If you're looking for an online store, I only know http://dickblick.com for its big catalogue of art materials including bookbinding stuff. Some bookbinders at Etsy.com also sell bookbinding kits but not the best place to look at for a stable supply.

“A rainbow-colored book covered with golden glitters, what was I thinking?! It does look kinda pretty though, I think. Something that I rarely do is embellishment, as I usually like simple and no-frills binding. But once in while, I like to go fabulous!”

100% handmade. The pages are painted with coffee, the cover is leatherette. The TARDIS desing was done with coating, so the cover is convex. Painted with waterpfoor black ink. 300 pages.

SECRET BELGIAN BOOK BINDING INSTRUCTIONS

“These instructions show you how to bind a book with an interesting pattern of weaving which laces the front and back covers to the spine. Included is the sewing of the text block (a set of four signatures) which is attached to the inside spine of the cover.

The secret is in the weave of the cover and in attaching the text block. It is not difficult to do but requires patience in getting the threads taut so that the book does not wobble.

Hedi Kyle rediscovered this binding attributed to the Belgians and she solved the mystery of how to make it.”

Need to find a book bind for my project 

I want to do a Retchoso Japanese bind (Butterfly Stitch of Japan) but I can’t find a proper tutorial. 

This is a coptic stitch, might have to do it this way instead
