Kudos to Pins and Things!  This is by far the best the Halloween tutorial I have seen in years! Not only is it a great addition to your seasonal décor but it shows off your Harry Potter love. Why not do one up for your next Harry Potter themed party?

It is a little more advanced but worth the work for the fabulous results. Far cheaper and a much better quality than anything you can find at the store. All you need is some wire from the hardware store and cheesecloth from the supermarket. A bit of tape, starch and paint.
