Ladies And Gentlemen, We Are Floating In Space

My friend finally finished his time in the Navy this year. He spend a good chunk of time in a submarine. 

I got him a copy of Ready Player One for one part of his Secret Santa present.

The book is in this tea box received by this same friend in a gift exchange from 2 years ago. 

The box is placed inside of this submarine that I built out of cardboard, tape, bendy straws for the periscope, and hot glue. 

Some tissue paper for garnish and some packing peanuts that I just had lying around waiting for an excuse to be used. 

Inside the tower is a little picture of army men because actual army men would cost money. 

Then I wrapped it in some Christmas paper that was on sail and now it looks like a fucking watermelon. Fuck.
