What does Morganite think of era 3?

Honestly I don't think she's a fan. She's used to being more important than other gems and quite fond of the feeling of superiority and era 3 doesn't give her that "main character" feeling that she grew to love in her day to day life 😅😅😅😅🤣😭 Ty for the ask!!!!

Whats up with her? Your pink diamond that is.

Her gem got cracked in an 'accident' that the other diamonds don't talk about. Since then she's been glitched and doesn't function the way she used to, she's also grown much more malicious and sinister and seems to get worse the longer she lives with it. There are days where she can at least function somewhat normally, and then days where she stands in one spot saying the same word or phrase over and over, essentially stuck. Or well, glitched lmao. She cracked her last pearls gem in one of her malicious fits and essentially rendered her the same as she (do all pink diamonds ruin a pearl? 🤣), thus Cranberry pearl was given to her. The old pearl hasn't been shattered though, she's kept in her owl little chamber put of sight from everyone else. Cranberry visits her from time to time, trying to get information out of her as to what happened to FVPD (fancy vivid pink diamond) but also just because she feels bad for the poor thing 🤣. For the most part Cranberry is expected to run things for FVPD since she isn't qualified to do it herself anymore, which is a HUGE stress for Cranberry since she is just a pearl, and despite all of her responsibilities still treated as just a pearl by the diamonds and other high ranking gems at the end of the day. The diamonds have no way of fixing FVPD as of right now but they dont have the heart to shatter her so they keep her around and let her basically wreak havok so long as she leaves them out of it, and cover up for her when necessary. This whole scenario is actually why Black diamond showed up. Shes not originally from their homeworld, she's much more important and higher ranked as far as diamonds go. Essentially sent to evaluate the diamonds and their planet from time to time since it quickly became known throughout the galaxies that they were running a shit show. 🤣🤣 sorry for the info dump! How would you describe your Aquamarine and Rose Quartz

!!!!!!! Ty!!!

My Aquamarine is the "cool" quiet type. She mostly just likes to do her own thing and go about life unbotbered. For the most part she's friendly when you converse with her. Maybe a little manipulative at times but otherwise pretty mild in comparison to the Canon aquamarine we see on the show. She's also good at getting the information she needs out of individuals, which might be where the manipulation comes in tbh 🤣

My Rose Quartz is logical but VERY sensitive which can cause a lot of my other gems to not take what she has to say very seriously. Shes got a lot of feelings on a lot of different things and a very short temper 🤣 but she loves helping others and sticking up for what she thinks is right and prides herself on being knowledgeable on a lot of different subjects that maybe other gems wouldn't know about.

I saw your Morganite. How would you describe her?

Well since the Canon Morganite was a designer for the Diamond Palanquins I decided that my Morganite would live at a Pearl Reef and be a designer of the Pearl accessories you can get there 😁. She's quiet for the most part as to stay out of trouble, but if you were to get close to her she's ambitious, passionate, enthusiastic and open-minded. She's also extremely blunt however, so most gems don't end up wanting to get very close.

I didn't even know a morganite design existed canonically until like... yesterday so here is my Pink Morganite 😭

A year later and I still think Steven universe's portrayal of PTSD and mental illness is still the most harrowing thing I've ever seen in a TV show.

It was always in the back of my head yknow. Steven's gone through a lot right. Surely there must be some fallback lot to the insane amount of traumatic experiences he went through at a young age. But i was like "nah they won't touch on it. The execs will think its too much for the kids."

But then it kept building. And building and building until Growing Pains aired and confirmed it. I was, as the kids say, shaken to my very core. They're doing this. They're actually portraying PTSD with all the care and respect it deserves to be portrayed with. And they didn't sugarcoat it either! Steven got angry, lashed out, HE GOT PUSHED TO THE EDGE AND KILLED SOMEONE!!! And yet the narrative never put him in the wrong. He was never the villain of the story. He got all the love and comfort and help he gave to others, even from places that probably caused it to begin with. And it was such a fuckibg cathartic experience
