A What if

You know those AUs where the Bigger Bodies escape into the outside world? The ones that are often feature the Bigger bodies made of children?

This is…not one of those stories.

A lion made of yarn and a child’s flesh, burnt and scarred, finds his beloved Master, his form now radically changed into a monster.

Seeing a opportunity, they make the journey to leave the factory before their enemies realize they have escaped death. (A in progress what if fanfic I’ve been slowly working on. Again, Slow to update, but ch3 should be coming soonish. You will have to log in AO3)

Well if you say so!!! 😁 When i think about when you said happy human ollie is a theater kid and seeing you talk about how critical he would be of the live action movie Cats and also considering the general characterization of your happy Ollie, really reminds me of the general vibe of Schafrillas’ videos. He gives me the vibe that he’d be able to go from calmly criticizing a movie (typically movie or musical remakes!) to flat out yelling at the wall about how shitty it is.

Schafrillas does his research on what he watches and watching his videos you can Feel the dedication that went toward his criticism. And i get that vibe from your Ollie. He is ten years old though so its not crazy to say he’d be more immature about it. And i can see him ranting to Poppy about it while Poppy just pretends to know what hes talking about.

Thinking about your Ollie if he was alive today i can very much see him having a youtube channel dedicated to critiquing movies and i think he would he really funny about it.

On that note, I absolutely love your take on Human Ollie and Poppy (and the general 2 Leaders AU) is its genuinely my favorite design and take and them and im so excited to potentially see more of them in the future!!!!!!! they connect to my heart deeply and i love them a lot

“A solitary Pianosaurus reaches the Poppy Playtime factory, with the mission of making contact with the factory's living toys. But, mysteriously, the entire valley was flooded, leaving no trace of the inhabitants. Fortunately, a Bunzo and a pod of aquatic Brons seem to be left behind. And so the first contact happens.“

New AU alert! In this variant of the story, things happen, characters make decisions, and the factory ends up underwater.

In this AU the factory was built inside a dried up lake through a dam (The reason is because, at the bottom of the lake, the variant of poppies grew later used by the factory to create the live toys). The entire AU takes place 5 years after the toy rebellion, so there is no trace of the protagonist player. In addition, there is a branch of the Poppy Playtime factory in this universe, which did not create live toys, but took care of the cultivation of the poppy variant used by the main factory. In this aforementioned branch lived some bigger-body toys, characterised by being colour variants of their characters.

Why are there aquatic Bron? Why does the Prototype have legs? How did the factory end up underwater? All questions for later.

We take a step back n time. Before the factory was flooded. (My GreatFlood Au) A daring Bunzo has found a way to the outside world, using an opening in the wall of the factory that connects to a cave systems (it was caused by an earthquake). Since he wants to be a helpful little guy~ to the people that took him in, he often goes outside to hunt for food. The opening for the outside is too small for a standard Bigger-Body to go through, and far too steep for a smaller toy to be able to climb out. Bunzo is kind of an “off model” Bigger-Body. Just the right size and dexterity to make the journey both ways.
