Like if you’re a #jordi blathers (on about ghosts) fan, reblog if you’re a #frozen drabbles fan.
According to all known laws of #coppy, there is no way a #i so love jonathan should be able to #grown up.
Trying to revive this blog. Again.
AND THEN PROMPTLY FORGOT
LET’S TRY AGAIN
Trying to revive this blog. Again.
I have never seen Anna and Kristoff act this couple-y, ever. It truly felt like “yep, these two have been together forever and drive each other crazy but dear God do they love each other a LOT.” (I like to pretend they knew I was there and it was my birthday and acted extra-awesome for me. It’s fun in my world.)
Between Frozen Ever After and this, my Frozen/Kristanna feels are through the ROOF right now.
I’m trying to get back in the swing of things, but sometimes I forget about this thing completely ^^ Like for the last few months. I’m so sorry to anyone waiting for replies.
“Tea after we skate?” Elsa suggests softly as Anna pulls her along in her excitement, considering her uneasy stomach from that morning. “And then forts and snowball fighting finished off with cookies and hot chocolate. Oh, and we can take some hot chocolate with us too so we stay warm and toasty.” Anna was rattling off so many ideas it was hard to keep up but Elsa saw how bright her smile was and how there wasn’t a trace of sadness in her voice now.
Nausea be damned. Anna was going to have the perfect day.
“Even better idea; we put all the activities in a hat and pick them at random.”
Anna gasped, skidding to a halt. “That’s a great idea!!!” She had barely been stopped long enough to speak before wheeling around and towing Elsa along with her in a completely different direction. “I think I remember seeing a hat in my closet the other day!! I mean, there’s no way to be sure, anything could be in my closet, I’m not the best at keeping it clean, or anything clean, come to think of it.”
The younger sister was beaming while she bounded along. She was thrilled that her day was turning out this way, when it had started so lonely.
Been a little busy/sidetracked, but I’ve got some time with nothing to do and so here I am :)
“Then I’m your’s for the day ——or anytime you need me from now on. I guess I’ve been so wrapped up in myself that I forgot you need things too.” It was easy to do when she constantly told herself Anna has Kristoff now. “There are a lot of things you and I don’t talk about and that’s my fault for never giving you the opportunity to say them. When I locked myself away I locked you away too, not just from me but from the world and I know i can’t change that but I want to help make it easier for you now.”
Anna sacrificed her life to save Elsa’s and there isn’t a day that goes by when she isn’t in awe of her sister’s strength. Sometimes, though, even the strongest of heart need someone to hold them together. Anna has been here for her and now it’s Elsa’s turn to make her sister priority.
Elsa knows she needs to tell her about Hans. About everything that’s happened over the last year and a half and she intended to. Maybe in smaller doses now that she sees how fragile her sister’s heart is right now.
“Well there’s time enough to fix it now,” Anna announced, hopping to her feet. She grabbed Elsa’s hand as she went, pulling the queen along behind her. She liked that she could do that now, given that a) Elsa no longer recoiled from touch and b) she wasn’t shut behind a door. It was really nice to have a sister in her life again, and this afternoon was going to be a great chance to really reconnect. To NOT be lonely. To have fun and have company and forget about being alone today.
“So do you think we should do tea and snacks first, or after we skate? And while we’re out there, what about snowball fights? OOOOOOooo, we could build forts! Maybe we should have the hot drinks and some cookies or something first, because we could be out there for aaaages...” Anna kept up a constant stream of excited babble. The more she thought of things, the more excited she got and the more things she thought up, she got even more excited about.
“Breathe, Anna. You’re going to hyperventilate.” Elsa rubbed her back and let her talk without stopping to tell her that she was overthinking or being dramatic because she wasn’t and Elsa is starting to see how those years alone has affected her sister. “Nothing I have going on is more important than you, I need you to know that. You’re my sister and being here for you is never an imposition; I don’t care what my schedule is if you need me come to me and I will be here, I mean it.” She knows words do little to quell these fears and three years of change won’t undo thirteen years of damage but she hopes she’s opening a door she should never have closed.
Her Hans problem will have to wait, besides he won’t be back for months most likely and what she needs to tell him she can say in corespondance——as soon as she finds the right words to tell him he’s going to be a father in a letter.
“Why don’t we get you some tea?” She offers as a distraction, “I’ll stay with you and we can do whatever you like. We can go ice skating!” Her voice raised in pitch with the brilliant idea. “Yes, we’ll go skating and have cocoa with cinnamon and marshmallow, and we’ll talk about mother and father. It’ll be good for you I promise.”
Anna sucked in slow deep breaths, breathing out in a steady stream. She nodded, blinking hard. It was working; she didn’t feel as panicked anymore. So long as she didn’t think too hard or too much about why she was trying to not cry. Oh no, here it was, it was starting again, oh no.
“Really? Because the trades and public forums and things are pretty important, and especially with you being queen and all. But... thanks.” Anna smiled up at Elsa. It was really sweet of her to be willing to put everything aside for her. And it was good to hear and have a reminder of that, today especially.
At the mention of tea and ice skating, Anna’s eyes lit up and a smile spread across her face. “Yes! Yes, I’d love that! Please. Both of it, all of them. But like, not all at once, that could get messy. I mean if I slip on the ice while carrying tea and cocoa I’ll ruin another dress and Gerda will never forgive me. But I’d love to spend the rest of the day with you. Thank you.”
Leia laughed happily as Anna gave her another hug. “It’s certainly been a while! We had such fun the last time we were together!” She smiled, remembering the time she had met the other princess at a masquerade ball.
“I want to know everything that’s happened since I saw you!” Anna demanded, grabbing Leia’s hands and bouncing eagerly. “How’s Haan? Hanns? Han? Han, right? How is he? How is you?” Anna was tripping over words, not even noticing that she said “is” instead “are”.
