They do not have your best interest at heart, but remember to not listen to them and to get help and remove yourself from toxic situations and on finally allow yourself to be able to understand that you don't have to earn the good things you have going on for you. You don't have to earn love, recovery, help, healing or peace of mind. You have a right to them.

i used to self harm and tried suicide a few times and let me tell anyone and everyone out there who needs it, it does get better. it doesn’t feel like it in the moment, but i can promise you, someday it will get better and you are strong enough to get through it. you woke up today, and waking up can take strength in the midst of suicidal thoughts. i’m proud of you. don’t give up.
