For our April gathering, we’ll be joined by three people whose work is grounded in how we show up for each other, in change, in ideas, and in conversation.
Iris Litschauer is a systemic business coach, facilitator, and strategic consultant supporting people and organizations through change. Her work focuses on creating clarity and strengthening potential, from leadership and career development to conflict management. With over 15 years in international corporate roles, she now also contributes to sheBOOST, helping women turn ideas into action by building confidence, networks, and access to funding.

Evelina Lundqvist is a sustainability consultant, facilitator, and co-founder working at the intersection of circular economy and business development. Through her company, The Good Tribe, she helps make sustainability feel tangible and doable by designing workshops and tools that turn complex ideas into small, practical steps.

Ulrich Aydt is a portrait and commercial photographer and the host of the podcast “Gestatten Sie?”. Across his work, he creates spaces for open, honest exchange, whether through conversations with creatives or his Creative Therapy Sessions, a monthly gathering focused on connection beyond traditional networking.

Together, they’ll explore what it means to be human in the way we work, create, and support each other — and where real change begins.
