On this map nine food items are positioned, according to their nutritional data rating (horizontally) and their fullness factor (vertically) using a scale of one to five for each.  

So we see that the calories are more nutritious in the right section and more fulfilling on the upper section of the square.

For the nine food items, we have: six pieces of fruit, one meat, one vegetable and one pastry. We can observe the difference between fruits which contains  carbohydrates but which are also filled with important nutrients.

Five weeks ago, I began to study Design for Visual Communication at LCC, London. 

We have just finished our five first weeks doing workshops: - Type Classification - Type Hierachy - Visual Grammar - Colour - Information Design; A lot of new information that we need to put in practice and then produce final outcomes, showing we did understand what is going on in design. 

In five weeks, my way to look has drastically changed. I see grids, squares, serif, primaries in my soup.  But I love it, I finally found something that keeps me awake late at night.
