Jim Henry III's constructed languages site

We lost a long time member of the conlang community today. Jim Henry's primary work was his longtime personal language gyâ-zym-byn (frequently referred to as gzb), in which he was completely fluent. He'd journal in it daily, which I found astonishing. I used gzb in a reverse relay, where you use someone else's conlang to translate a text, and then send it to the conlanger who created the language. I spent time with him at a number of conlang events over the years, and was saddened to hear of his passing. If you have a spare moment today, take a look at gyâ-zym-byn. It was a large, impressive work. Jim will be missed. <3

This weekend in London has been an EXPERIENCE with so many things happening, I am still not fully able to process everything. However, one of my favourite pics to emerge from this whirlwind of a weekend is this one: Me, as Mr Brown, at London Comic Con with @claudiamurachelli as Aziraphale and @arisinparis as Crowley.

It was so much fun, so much input, so many Good Omens fans and overall so many steps ;__;

Overall though - I did not expect to be mobbed by a flock of Aziraphales during our GO Meetup at the Con. I'm sure there is many more pic I haven't even seen yet. But I wanted to share some of the really good ones :)

Pls observe my horrified expression due to the one Crowley on the side, who is glaring at me oh so glarefully. Also sorry about not properly tagging all of the Aziraphales, but I do not know all of y'alls socials ^^°

I met Kristy at #TheIneffableCon5 this year, however I also do not have any socials to tag properly. Honestly hope it's okay to share this pic mindfully and consensually, same as she was when she asked whether it was okay for me to be run over by her flaming Bentley.

at lcc today and noah’s panel was so fun, more classic on brand hesitation around any questions surrounding his thoughts on byler or the finale, once again saying he didn’t get why will didn’t die when vecna did, how he never had the mechanics of wills powers explained to him so most of it was left up to him to figure out, and even how he kinda wished will could have had a dramatic combo death scene/confessing that he loved mike in one. i deffo think he’s itching to say more but as usual the ndas are in the way.

to top it off a fan thanked him for his performance in the coming out scene and how impactful that was for them and other queer viewers and he had them up on stage for a hug. just all round very sweet and made the interviewer cry. he talked A LOT about the coming out scene throughout the panel, and you could tell he had similar criticisms to what a lot of the audience have pointed out (too many random characters etc), and also said it was the hardest thing he’s ever filmed (which considering some of the insane torture stuff from s2 i feel like that’s saying a lot) but that he wants the group hug to reach out to anyone who needs it

also he crashed out at one point because there was a bug on stage

there were other things i would have loved to know but im far too socially anxious to go on the mic lol

An angel and a demon resumed their dance at a bookshop in London this weekend

It was beyond wonderful to meet Michael Sheen and see how warm he was with so many fans
