Hihi! What are Jackās opinions on the others? Who is he closest with? Who would he rather avoid? And who intrigues him the most?
I imagine E.J like an intelligent but still somewhat animalistic creature. Kind of like how dragons are portrayed in some media, wise and cunning but extremely dangerous if provoked or hungry. Basically think of him as a cold-blooded reptile lol
Heās very hypersensitive to external stimuli - sounds, smells, temperature, etc. He likes it cold, quiet and damp.
This means heās mostly indifferent to many of his colleagues, not having a strong opinion on anyone since he prefers to keep to himself. The most interaction he gets is when heās stitching someone up. But Iāll include a list down below of his thoughts and notes about the others!!
Ben: Annoying. Talks too much about uninteresting things - Everything E.J has learned about jiggle physics has been against his will. Thinks he smells too strongly. Should shower more often.
Jeff: Unlikely company that he doesnāt mind. Jeff talks mostly at E.J rather than to him. Itās nice because he doesnāt have to respond. Jeffās like having a podcast playing in the background to E.J. Thinks most of Jeffās problems would be solved if he calmed down, took E.Js advice and had a good nights sleep.
Tim: efficient, only a professional relationship. No-nonsense guy. Would also feel better from a good nights sleep. Too much laundry detergent though.
Brian: does not mind having him around since heās so quiet. Silent friendship. Good co-worker. A little too loud of a heartbeat.
Sara (oc): would rather avoid. Itās too warm near her, the blood in her veins feels like standing too close to a fire and her heart is a loud drum. Not pleasant to be around physically, but an efficient worker. Would also like to dissect her to understand her biology, sometimes he sneaks a sample of her blood of some dirty clothes. He also thinks she needs to stop doing stimuli-enhancing substances, it contaminates the blood. She is also the subject of many of Jeffās rants, providing much listening material. She also does a good job of disciplining Nina when she steals from E.Js lab.
Lulu: Not much to say. Nice enough, if a little jittery and nervous. Dropped a specimen on accident once and slipped in the fluid. Clumsy. Do not let near lab.
Clockwork: intelligent, but overworks herself. Should stop drinking coffee and sleep more for better health. Good co-worker, curious.
Toby: smells delicious, canāt eat him unfortunately. Clearly bothered by his job, not as efficient as Tim. Good chess player.
Liu: slight dislike, he looks through E.Js specimens and takes them without asking, misplacing them. Doesnāt respect his workspace, contaminates it with his human smell so that E.J has to sanitize it again.
Nina: Annoying. Walks into his lab when heās not there to steal pills for her friends. Has tried to pull his āmaskā off several times, refusing to believe that itās just his actual face despite him telling her so multiple times.
Summarized iād say heās actually closest with Jeff, though I donāt think either he or Jeff actually know or acknowledge theyāre friends lol. Their friendship is mostly Jeff constantly trauma dumping and E.Js just like:
hereās the very obvious solution to your problem. Whatever you do, do not do the thing you are thinking about doing.
Jeff: okayā¦ but instead of that logical solution, how bout I do this much crazier, irrational thing thatās going to make everything much worse instead?
Jeff: hey E.J, I did the much worse, crazy thing instead of yours and now Saraās on fire. Help.
