Ways to help Ukrainian girls and women who became victims to sexual violance by the Russian Army,
As the Ukrainian army is pushing back, several cases of rape, sexual abuse and violance are being reported from the former occupied territories, and can be found (but will not be included in this post due to the triggering nature of them) on the official Instagram and Facebook profiles of ombudsman Denisova, (the translate feature will help you if you do not speak Ukrainian).
To help, the Czech foundraiser Znesnáze is organizing doctors from Czechia and Morava who will, with help, travel to Ukraine in order to help.
Of importance is to mention that while the sum has been raised, the foundriser continues, as a means of to be able to travel out more than once (the initial sum, given in Czech currency, is covering only a one to-and-fro travel) and be able to help more victims.
A rough translation of the Czech text says that the donated money will be used for the purchase of pregnancy test as well as abortion pills (mifepriston and mispregnolon), that then will be given out under medical supervision. The sum also includes transport exapnes.

What you have to do, if donating, is to click DAROVAT. Be mindful that the donation, as above-mentioned, is in Czech currency, namely CZK and/or Czech Koruna. Here is a conventor, if needed.
