Dabi has amnesia and keeps reading conspiracy theories about himself in an attempt to figure out who he is, gets the League in on it, and they dismantle organized crime, revolutionize society, and ravage the hero system in the process. Hawks suffers.

i just finished “area cryptid upset no one bothered to inform him of his tragic backstory” after many asthma attacks from wheezing so hard and crying my eyes out and i am a changed person

like what an incredible fucking story. the premise is funny, the writing was so big brain because it somehow took that funny premise and made it into a really comprehensible plot that made sense and was still stupidly funny, the emotional beats hit you like a monster truck with rocket boosters, the character development is subtle but so rewarding, and just. man.

my throat hurts from wheezing so much because im trying to stay quiet because it’s 11:30 PM

i started reading this fic at 9:30

those were the best fucking 2 hours of my LIFE and i wish i could relive them already

i already made a post promoting it but im making another just because this fic is THAT good

if by some hate crime by god you haven’t read this fic already like me up until now, PLEASE fucking read it

it’s two chapters, it’s completed, and it’s a marvelously written riot from start to finish
