I’ve tried it before at a friend’s house. Tastes good, but I wasn’t big on the texture of the tripe.

The texture isn’t for everyone. I know people who love the taste of the broth but dislike the texture of hominy. But if the hominy doesn’t bother you, I’d recommend Pozole Rojo. It’s similar to menudo but it’s pork shoulder :)
