Having an anxiety disorder is so fucking annoying. You get anxious out of nowhere and it’s like “okay either my anxiety disorder is doing its thing or being psychic is now real and a great and terrible horror will soon commence” and despite objectively knowing it’s the first thing, you still want to hide in a bunker in case THIS TIME it is psychic vibrations from a upcoming dreadful threat.
