coming home at 7am from work was so serene and beautiful, with all the trees coated in a ghostly white layer of frost; it all looked so fresh and new, crisp and untouched. i am looking into 2021 with a sense of calm and peace and releasing the anxieties the last year seemed to bring. 2021 is going to be busy and hard, but having set my intentions and laying a foundation of inner strength and tranquility i am sure i will rise up and become everything i could dream of. this year won’t be any different from the last without inner change. we are still in a pandemic, there is still loss and hurt and societal and political upheaval, but the way i choose to react to these things, the way i choose to let it affect me is how i will get through it all. the calendar page flipping to a new year doesn’t wipe the slate clean. we have to decide to change. to do things differently. let go of the things that no longer serve you, the people that you have outgrown, and old mindsets that dont suit your goals. life is a journey and i am so excited to continue on this road with new projects, new goals, developing new relationships and finding new strengths within myself. i’m ready for you 2021.
