So hard to get back into running/gym after fracturing my foot in January… lowkey be hesitant to put weight on it and run.

I need to get back though… I feel so disconnected from how I felt running almost everyday.

I find it weird that I have dreams of my mother treating me bad (taking away my video games, telling me to move out, turning other family on me) etc. In the dreams, she has no control over me because I’m grown now so I just tell her none of this affects me that you do or say to me.

It’s crazy because we have the best relationship ever.… I tell her about the dreams and she is always confused on why/how. Idk if this stems from me being bad as a kid so it’s somewhat continuing till now that she gotta discipline me.. It’s real strange. I wanna find out why. Idk who would I go see about it though.
