I'm so sick about the fact that mia winter's could have been such a more compelling character for people if the writers actually gave a shit. the fact that we were given no motive or backstory on her past or anytime to play as her in village makes me sick. she is so fucked up but i see potential in her that the writers failed to deliver on

She practically got sidetracked SO hard past RE7 and it bothers me sm.

Even on the Rose DLC. We never get what relationship with Rose was, what she did past RE8 and where the hell she is. We barely see her do anything actually which sucks because she has a pretty great set up for a character.

Why did Mia send Rose to Chris? Did she fight for her daughter at all? She clearly loves her but we get nothing

we know from a note (if I remember correctly it was titled little girl's diary) that we see when we first get to the dollhouse section of the DLC that Rose states that school is easy and it's all stuff that mia taught her and she says that she plans on giving Chris a hug the next time she sees him, so based on that I imagine that during her childhood Mia was very involved and since it was Ethan's dying wish for Chris too look after her and eventually train her, I imagine that when she was deemed old enough Chris and mia had a conversation about taking her in, and I would imagine Chris would tell her it's what Ethan would have wanted and she obliged.

I've seen a few of her haters say that they wanted her to come back as a villain in Resident Evil 9 or something but me personally even though I doubt they would ever use her character again, IF they did I want her to go full redemption arc (like I think she should have had in village) it would be nice to watch her go against me organization that she used to work for and inevitably tore her family apart
