The fact that this basically says “this guy was a Muslim and acted like a human being wow praise him!” (or worded even more harshly: “he acted like a human being despite being Muslim”) is kind of a give away that the problem might not be what you think it is.

Second, 1.4% of white people owned slaves at the height of slavery. So every mother fucker you meet has about a 98% chance their family didn’t. 

Third,  There were almost 4000 Black slave owners in America. Did you ask if any of your relatives owned slaves?

Fourth, Slavery was made fully legal in America thanks to this man, who was black. Did you ask if your ancestor was the one solely responsible for legalizing the ownership of other human beings as permanent property?

Fifth. About 1 millions European Christians were enslaved by Northern Africa.And Carthage invaded Europe Numerous times. Did you ask if your ancestors were responsible for that?
