Shock is clear enough on his face as he watches the display, even with his goggles to hide how his eyes widen. It’s not a destructive Quirk, so it’s easy for him to see how this man could have slipped through the cracks, but it’s impressive. It’s useful.
Shouta has absolutely no clue how the duo is going to get down from there. From his utility belt he retrieves handcuffs, attaching them to both the villain’s ankles and wrists. That should stop him from moving. Police will no doubt be there soon and he’ll be able to properly hand the villain over, or at the very least if he runs he won’t get too far.
Now it’s just a matter of getting those two down safely.
His first instinct is to use his capture weapon as a lasso, but that’ll probably just send them both careening down to earth. Disheveled black hair cascades down around his shoulders as he deactivates his Quirk, not wanting to accidentally erase either of them in midair.
“Did you think ahead, Crawler? I don’t think I could catch both of you without breaking a few bones. Mine and yours.”

` COULD YOU GRAB ONLY HER with your scarf thing? ` he finally asks. ` i can coast down, but i don’t want her to TOUCH THE GROUND, and you’re probably stronger than me, so I GUESS IT’D BE THE BEST IDEA NOW ? ` of course he knows it’s kinda RECKLESS but it’s really all he can think of right now. he doesn’t want pop to get HURT, and anything else will probably result in that.
