♡ Melanie Martinez has started to promote her new project/album, where she will continue the storyline of Cry Baby as it seems she is on school (K-12). As of today she has stated that she will not be dropping/releasing any new singles from this album as it will be a film including the soundtrack afterwards. This is very interesting as she will not be releasing any singles, I wonder how is this going to affect the album sales as all she will be promoting is the visual part of the project, we haven’t heard any snippets from this album but as Melanie has said on her Instagram this will be a much darker sound for her, as she leans more towards a “hip-hop” style of sound. Melanie said on a Instagram story that there will be new characters introduced to the story as they will be alternations of her voice currently we only know about Cry baby’s family-(Cry baby/ Dollhouse), Johnny(Pity Party), Yungelita (playing an unknown character on Mad Hater), Blue boy(Pacify Her) and others without names at the moment. Rumors say there will be 3 teaser and a full trailer, now this project will be supposedly released late Summer but it all can change because we haven’t got an official released date. I’m excited to see what Melanie will do next.

Now what am I looking from this Project of course impactful music and great visuals, hopefully to learn more about Cry baby and the other characters.
